You enter this accommodation via a private street level entrance. Here is access to the twin bedroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the spacious living area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen and an elegant dining table. All furniture is selected with care and is of high quality. TV and wifi are available. The living room features French windows that look out on a quiet and characteristic cobblestoned street and there are two sofas, one of them can be converted to a comfortable sofa bed.

From the living room you can access a bathroom that has a large shower, sink, wc and bidet. Next to this bathroom there are closets with a washing and a drying machine. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and overhead shower. The apartment has autonomous heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
