Saint Peter’s Bright Apartment

Saint Peter’s Bright Apartment is a charming and elegant 2-bedroom attic apartment with balcony, situated between the Saint Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City and the district of Trastevere.

Saint Peter’s Bright Apartment lies on the 5th floor in a 1950s building which offers an elevator. The special feature of this apartment is that you can see the nearby Saint Peter’s cupola through each window of the unit. The spacious entrance opens up on the different areas. The living room offers two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, flatscreen TV, and a dresser with a Hi-Fi system. The fully equipped kitchen provides a gas stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dish washer, a dining table and chairs. You will also have Wi-Fi internet and access to air conditioning.

A small bedroom features a single bed and a desk with a chair. Next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. At the end of the corridor, you will find the master bedroom that exhibits an oriental style with a king size bed, night tables, night lamps, wardrobes, and French windows leading to the balcony with views over Rome. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

Location

From this apartment you can enjoy a walk up Gianicolo hill for fantastic views over the city and where you will find a lovely place, “Vivi Bistrot”, to relax with a drink and a snack. Gianicolo hill lies just behind the Trastevere area, which also offers many more restaurants, bars, and shops. Trastevere is a very atmospheric and friendly place in the evening, when crowds gather in the piazzas to catch up with friends.

Saint Peter’s Bright Apartment is located in an area that is moreover very well connected with the Saint Peter railway station and several bus lines. The best way to see Rome, however, is on foot. The walks are almost as beautiful as the monuments themselves, given Rome’s picturesque and characteristic buildings. Within half an hour you can arrive at the Vatican, Piazza Navona, and Castel Sant’Angelo. A little longer of a walk will bring you to the Campo de’ Fiori, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps area. From the Vatican you can also take the Metro into the center of town, or even all the way to the central station, Termini.
